Payment

Because each item of Apprecia Fine Jewelry is made to your specifications, your payment will conveniently and securely be processed online through PayPal at the time you place your order.

Shipping and Packaging

Each item of Apprecia Fine Jewelry will be shipped to you in a beautiful keepsake box.

Shipping shall be provided to your street address within the United States without charge. Shipping will be via United Parcel Service ground service or the United States Post Office parcel post at our option, and shipments will be insured. Signature will be required upon delivery.

Since all jewelry is made to your specifications, please be sure to allow time for the creation of your jewelry. The shipping date of an item will be approximately 15 business days from the date you place your order.

Upgraded shipping options such as delivery by Priority Mail, Express Mail, or overnight delivery (upon completion of creation of the item) are available by request and at your expense. Please contact us at 310.980.8954 or by e-mail at appreciajewelry@aol.com to arrange for expedited delivery.

For delivery outside the United States, please contact us for specifics.

Sales Tax

Residents of California will be charged appropriate sales tax, based upon your county of residence.

Returns

We want you to purchase Apprecia Fine Jewelry with confidence. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your selection, you may return it in its original condition to us within ten (10) days of receipt for a full refund. The only items not returnable are items customized with gemstones other than those stones we offer for a particular item as stated in the item description

Thus, for example, necklaces in the yellow gold collection are offered with blue topaz, garnet or amethyst gemstones. If you order a necklace created with any of these stones in any length, the necklace is returnable within ten days. However, should you special order one of these necklaces customized with other gemstones, such as diamonds or citrines, for example, then your selection will not be returnable.

To make a return, please contact us at 310.980.8954 or by e-mail at appreciajewelry@aol.com to advise us to expect a return and to obtain the address to which the return should be sent. Ship the item in its original packaging and be sure to include your name, address, phone number, e-mail address and order number in the package. For your security, please return the package to us by an insured courier, such as UPS or the US Post Office via parcel post, and retain your receipt. Apprecia Fine Jewelry will not be responsible for loss or damage of returned shipments.

Upon our receipt of your return, we will examine the jewelry and send you e-mail confirmation of receipt. Refunds will be processed through PayPal. Please note that your shipping and insurance costs are not reimbursable.
